Day 18 of my 30 days of PPK!

Lunch:
JoBurger no bun with veggie noodles. $12

Dinner:
Curry chicken with cauliflower rice/mushrooms. $12

My goal is to be 165 by Thursday morning, so this week will be more of a focus on lower carn and keto-friendly items. Since the camera adds 10 pounds, I don't want to take a chance on Thursday!

I eat the JoBurger at least once a week, and if youre wondering why, the meat patty is a South African meatball recipe called frikadelle! If I have to eat a protein and a veggie side, this patty is perfect!

I like the curry chicken with a veggie side because that curry sauce makes everything taste better. I literally drench my veggies in that curry sauce!
