Lunch: Peri Peri chicken wings and a side of mushrooms. $15
Dinner: Curry Fried Tofu on a bed of veggie noodles and cauliflower rice. $12
For lunch, I ordered online at www.pelipelikitchen/orderonline and picked up my food within 15 minutes. Our order online feature is relatively new and really user-friendly. In the morning, I worked out on weights as part of my 3 workouts a week. Definitely want to continue to build muscle tone while losing a few pounds during these 30 days.
For dinner, I kept it vegetarian and ordered the fried tofu on a bed of veggie noodles and topped it with a ton of the curry sauce. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but with it doused in our curry sauce (which I love), it made it really tasty.
